Angelito
12-year-old Angelito dreams of becoming a gang member like his older brother until a tragic accident forces him to grow up far too quickly.
Angelito was born out of a love for the crime and film noir genres. It also came about from a need to tell an emotional story about innocence and guilt, sin and redemption in a way that felt based in reality and truth from multiple viewpoints.
The hope is that Angelito's audience will find meaningful dialogue around those themes and dilemmas the film represents and that they will remember the film long after it has entered thier consciousness.
Angelito is currently being submitted to film festivals around the world and has been winning awards and making an impact wherever it screens.

Variant U
Inspired by the dark and grim stories of Edgar Allan Poe, "Variant U" is the terrifying tale of a man haunted by the ghosts he sees. Sick of cohabitating with the unaware living, the ghosts compel him, the only person who can see them, into unleashing a deadly virus on human-kind. But does this newfound terrorist actually see ghosts or is he just insane!
The short film Variant U was produced in early 2020 and finished just one week before the world shut down due to COVID-19. The team had no idea how eerily timely their story about a world-ending virus would become.

"This script carries itself with a lot of class and wisdom, revealing itself as a memorable effort. It is the kind of short that, if shown at a film festival, audiences would recall after the event.”
The Tortilla Tale
Based on a an endearing true-life story from the album and musical play, Tales of Tila, by writer/musician/actress, Carolyn Chatwin Murset.
Early 1900's, Taos, New Mexico:
As a young girl, Tila Miera Trujillo struggled to make soft tortillas that were tender enough for her older brothers to chew, not crunch, and swallow without choking. Despite the teasing (though always with love) from her family, she held onto the faith that her prayers for guidance would be answered—and in time, they were.
